Over the past 8 years, the Strategic Commercial team has provided a full suite of commercial real estate advisory support and services to the University of Maryland Medical System Shore Regional Health (UM SRH). During this time, Strategic Commercial played an integral role in the successful transition to three new state of the art facilities: Easton, Denton and Chestertown Medical Office Buildings. The transition to these facilities; along with strategic acquisitions, dispositions and lease negotiations provided major overhead expense and operating reductions. Strategic Commercial continues to provide UM SRH with a high level of service that ensures they stay in compliance with regulatory requirements and align with their strategic plan.
