In 1990, Drew Pattyn spearheaded the creation of a separate commercial division of Kaiser Real Estate Corporation to serve their clients. The Northern Commercial brand was formed to offer a unique specialization for the rapidly expanding Indianapolis northside commercial real estate market. Over the past 30 years, their company has expanded their geographic service area throughout the State of Indiana. In 2022, Northern Commercial strategically affiliated with the international company SVN to expand reach, product specialties & tools for real estate projects.
