Trade Consulting International, Inc. (TCII) was established in 1994, in Miami, Florida, and had its beginning in Management Consulting and International Trade Finance. Subsequently, in 2002 they established TCII Property Management, Inc. which has grown to oversee the management and leasing of over 1,600,000 square-feet of commercial retail shopping centers and various other commercial assets, consisting of over 220 tenants ranging from National Brands to Local Tenants.
