Coral’s mission was to pursue urban and first ring commercial redevelopment. From 1987 - 2007, Coral completed over 50 projects, $200+million in development, and 5 million square feet of new and redeveloped space. In 2007, responding to the Great Recession, Coral pivoted 180 degrees to become a real estate service company. This required top to bottom re-engineering of vision, systems, team profile, marketing, and client base. Coral’s full service property management, property maintenance, development, consulting, and project management business platform was born. Today, Coral’s profile includes a property management portfolio of 5,000 multi-family units, 750,000 square feet of commercial space, and annual revenues in excess of $5 million; a consulting practice advising municipalities and government agencies on real estate matters; Development activity of $10 million per year; and Project management engagements for private and non-profit clients.
