Established in 1983 as a two-person "mom & pop" operation, the company has remained a small business for four decades. They are not only sensitive to the challenges faced by small businesses but readily advocate for them, especially those housed within their buildings. Sauli Danpour, the founder and day-to-day operations director, leads the company. Alongside managing the business, Danpour serves on the Board of Directors at the Downtown Center Business Improvement District (DCBID), which not only advocates for businesses but also employs underprivileged individuals to assist with their re-entry into the workforce. Many of these individuals go on to work for small businesses or even start their own ventures. Recognizing that small businesses generate over half of the economic activity in the US, the company aims to support the many small businesses among its tenants to thrive.
