Shepherd Nelson Realty began as an informal partnership between Shanan Shepherd and Tamara Nelson back in 2013. After almost 3 years of working together under another Broker, the two had achieved accolades such as Small Business of the Year for 2015 (recognized by the Leander Chamber of Commerce) and Austin Platinum Top 50 Finalists; they knew the time was right to make the partnership official and create a brand that celebrated their team and what they stand for. In December of 2015, Shepherd Nelson Realty was born! We stand firm on the belief that every person we do business with deserves to be treated with honesty, respect and kindness.
