Through our affiliate RST & Associates we offer full-service management of properties from single family homes to apartments to commercial and industrial real estate. We have a State-certified MAI (Member Appraisal Institute) appraiser on staff. Property tax audits and re-evaluations are also available. Because of our close involvement with the state and local political situation through the Apartment Association of Greater Los Angeles and the California Association of Realtors, we are able to advise clients regarding current and upcoming legislation that may affect their investment.
