Tricap Properties began with land assembly in the early 1980s, when the Czapka family started building a real estate base in the northern Greater Toronto Area while also accumulating industrial land for a family manufacturing business. The company now operates as a real estate investment, management, and development business with a portfolio that spans industrial, retail, office, and residential projects in Canada and selected markets abroad. Tricap Properties also oversees commercial and residential land under development and pursues new acquisitions through an in-house management structure.
