Update Company is a second generation family business that has operated for over 30 years. Located in the Midway area of St. Paul, Update has renovated over 14 buildings in the neighborhood near Raymond and University Avenues. They currently manage 8 buildings, housing approximately 90 businesses and about 350 employees. They provide small businesses and nonprofit organizations with the office and warehouse space they need to grow. They take pride in the fact that they have many long term tenants – almost 30% have been with them longer than ten years. Update strives to provide clean, quiet, affordable space for our tenants. Because they own and manage their own buildings, they take a special pride in their appearance and upkeep, inside and out.
