US Southwest's Broker, Ann Pettit began her career in subdivision sales in the late 1970's, selling vacant lots in the Bullhead City/Mohave Valley area, prior to the City being incorporated. She continued to work closely with developers, both acquiring land and running sales programs, as well as positioning new properties and assisting with the development of new financing products. US Southwest's Builder, Ray Jackson started the initial contracting company that eventually grew into the lxtapa Group. As Principals in the lxtapa Group, they developed over 150 condominium units in Lake Havasu city and almost 1,000 lots in the Bullhead City/Mohave Valley area. Ann joined the lxtapa Group in the early 1990's as their 1st and only Broker, before acquiring their marketing arm and repositioning it as US Southwest.
