VAP Group specializes in the acquisition, sales and development of commercial and residential property. Van Arnem Group was founded by Harold “Sonny” Van Arnem in 2003. Raised in Cincinnati, Ohio, Harold attended Xavier University on a football scholarship before transferring to the University of Cincinnati, where he graduated with a degree in Economics.
