West Group LLC was formed in 1993 when three real estate brokers partnered to develop three retail/office centers in Little Rock. Later, they added a fourth retail property in Hot Springs, AR. Today, West Group LLC through West Group Real Estate LLC manages and leases all of its own properties, as well as managing other investment properties owned by the partners individually and for select clients.
