In February 2024, Wood Partners transferred all property management operations to Greystar, which now manages the firm's portfolio of over 130 institutional quality multifamily properties totaling 38,000 units under management across 17 states. Wood Partners' management team continues to hold a majority ownership stake, while long-standing partner Sarofim & Co. retains a minority interest.
