Yards must have minimum setbacks: 15 feet for front and rear, and 10 feet (or 7 feet for lots 50 feet wide or less) for side yards. Accessory uses and home occupations are permitted, provided they do not significantly increase local traffic. The lot is less than 2/10 of a mile from shopping and less than a half mile from restaurants. Additionally, Washington St Rec Center and Peters Park, which include amenities such as a lighted/covered basketball court, walking trail, sports complex, playground, and picnic tables, are roughly 6/10s of a mile away. The marina, fishing spots, and area beaches are within a short bike ride or drive.
