32' total ceiling height. The flat roof was done and insulated around 15 years ago by us. Includes a drive-through bay and 3 large loading docks.
$500,000 - Front older section, built in four phases starting before the civil war when it was a textile mill for many years. The last use before I bought was injected molded plastics for the medical field. It has areas that are electrically heated. There are three floors in most of the older sections, but not all. The three floors are around 42' wide and 240' long and are of typical textile mill architecture with brick walls, wood posts and beams, and wood floors. We have studied the possibilities of apartments, and it makes sense if the market is warranted. There are two elevators that we have not used and would need to be upgraded or abandoned. The older part of the building equals about 90,000 square feet,some older,some newer. Currently has a tenant with a lease through 4/1/27
