What were once two standard office rooms are now a high-class recording studio fit with a control room and isolation booth with a window connecting the two spaces. This is just one example of the creative ways you can transform a simple room to fit whatever craft you engage in. Suites 21 & 25 can be rented individually or together and can be changed to fit your specific needs. We here at the Lot hate to say no, so however you picture your workspace, we will do whatever we can to help build it. Suites 21 & 25 do not come with the audio equipment and gear show in the photos, rooms come empty, the Lot provides basic office furnishing i.e. office chairs, desks, cabinets, phone lines. The monthly base rent, per office, includes: 5mbps Wi-Fi, a telephone with 1 line and 1 voicemail, fully furnished, nightly janitorial services, 24-hour access to our secured lot and an on-site cafe open M-F 9AM - 3PM

Built in 1918, The Lot at Formosa's history and impact on Hollywood is as rich as it is timeless. The original founders who built our facility, Mary Pickford and Douglas Fairbanks, were pioneering Hollywood's early days in the American film industry. Our facility has gone through a number of different ownership and building changes, but the thing that has always remained is a strive to create a shared creative space for ideas to grow and come to life. From films like "Robin Hood" (1922) and "Some Like it Hot" (1959), The Lot at Formosa has always been a high achieving creative space. Since then, our campus has grown to house not only film industry creatives but music, fashion, and even wellness creatives. Whatever drives your creativity, The Lot at Formosa is here to support and help grow your achievements. The Lot at Formosa is a powerhouse spanning 11 acres discreetly tucked away on the corner of Santa Monica Blvd. & Formosa Ave. With 7 sound stages, a working Mill, 3 class A office buildings, 9 historic office buildings, 4 parking structures, 24-hour security, and an on-site cafe, our campus is a creative playground.
