The 100% membership interest of Barbara Safdieh in 109 Jerome Ave, LLC, herein defined as the “LLC Interest” sells via online auction, on March 24, 2026 @ 10:30 a.m. (EST), with an opening bid of $700,000. Barbara Safdieh is a Chapter 7 debtor in bankruptcy whose case is pending in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of New York under case no. 25-40011 (ESS). This will be a Bankruptcy Court authorized sale of the LLC Interest by Lori Lapin Jones, solely in her capacity as Chapter 7 Trustee of the bankruptcy estate of Barbara Safdieh. 109 Jerome Ave, LLC is the sole owner of real property commonly known as and located at 109 Jerome Avenue, Deal, NJ 07723.
