Le Baker Linen Building a été construit en 1916 pour servir de nouveau siège social à la Seattle Automotive Company. Sonke Sonnichsen, architecte norvégien, dessina l'édifice pour Mary Liebeck, une immigrante allemande qui, au début des années 1900, participa activement à la promotion et à l'investissement dans l'immobilier à Seattle. L'immeuble compte plusieurs locataires orientés vers l'automobile jusqu'aux années 1940, date à laquelle son utilisation est passée de l'automobile à la fabrication de vêtements. Entre 1953 et 1983, l'immeuble a été occupé par son locataire le plus ancien et homonyme, la H.W. Baker Linen Company. Nos locataires actuels comprennent Retrofit Home, Gemini Room, Cloud Studios, Pebble Health et Corinth Engineering.
