The Original residence at 11146 N. Ventura Avenue was built in 1925, but was demolished by a previous owner / contractor. A foundation is still on site. Demolition and construction work was also untaken by others some years ago, but Current Owner does not have specific information regarding the status of prior work, or permits, or approvals.
