Résumé de l'annonce
Jack in the Box Inc. is a publicly traded (NASDAQ: JACK) American quick-service restaurant company founded in 1951 in San
Diego, California, and has grown into one of the nation's largest hamburger-focused fast-food chains through a predominantly
franchised business model. The company is best known for its burgers, tacos, chicken sandwiches, curly fries, breakfast served
all day, milkshakes, and a variety of soft drinks and specialty beverages. Revenue is generated through both company-operated
restaurants and franchise royalties, rental income, and franchise fees, with approximately 2,136 Jack in the Box restaurants in
operation as of the end of fiscal year 2025. For fiscal year 2025, the company reported total revenue of approximately $1.5 billion
with an operating loss of about $18.1 million, reflecting restructuring efforts and restaurant closures as part of its "JACK on Track"
turnaround strategy. After selling the Del Taco brand earlier this year, the company continues to focus on expanding its franchise
system, improving operational efficiency, and strengthening its core menu offerings. This store has a corporate lease.
The property is located at 1130 Leisure Town Road in Vacaville, immediately adjacent to the Interstate 80 ramps. The site enjoys
excellent visibility from both Leisure Town Road (25,000 vehicles per day) and I-80 (140,000 vpd), including prominent freewayoriented
signage visible to passing motorists. Within approximately one-half mile are numerous national and regional retail
businesses, including Taco Bell, Jersey Mike's Subs, Starbucks, McDonalds, Quik Stop, Extended Stay America, Home Depot,
Kohl’s, and around the corner from the auto mall featuring Honda, Volkswagen, Mitsubishi, Nissan, Kia, Hyundai, Mazda,
Chevrolet, and Toyota, as well as the Vacaville Premium Outlets and Nut Tree retail and entertainment complex beyond that. A
few blocks south is Leisure Town, a 55-and-over community with 1,150 residences. Many large industrial campuses and
headquarters are just across I-80 including Lonza Pharmaceuticals (formerly Genentech), State Compensation Insurance Fund,
and Kaiser’s main regional hospital and medical center employing thousands and driving considerable traffic, in addition to a
major Amazon logistics hub. There are over 100,000 residents within five miles of the property, with average annual household
income exceeding $135,000. Vacaville is strategically positioned midway between Sacramento (35 miles northeast) and San
Francisco (55 miles southwest) along the I-80 corridor. The city recently announced the East of Leisure Town Growth Area
immediately southeast of the site which will include over 4,200 new homes planned in addition to parks, commercial and
education.
