The Hotel is strategically positioned within Little Rock’s primary business district with direct access to the I-430/I-630 junction, providing seamless connectivity throughout Central Arkansas. The Property is surrounded by a concentration of corporate, government, and institutional demand generators, including Westlake Corporate Park—home to the Verizon Corporate Office, MISO, the FBI, and Arkana Laboratories—just 2 minutes away. Healthcare and academic demand is anchored by two of the region’s most significant medical campuses: Baptist Health Medical Center – Little Rock, a flagship 827-bed hospital located 5 minutes from the Property, and the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS), a 5.2 million-square-foot academic medical center located 7 minutes away.
