This is one office unit among many in that building. I own this one. It has it's own address, 13414 SWW 128th St Miami, FL 33186. We are renting the second floor. It has a foyer downstairs and then stairs to go up to a door that you can lock. Then you go into an office and then you go to a door that opens to a larger office. There is also a bathroom there. It is for office use only. You cannot use this to sleep at night. You will split the electricity with the tenant downstairs. It is priced as is. If you want to change the paint, the carpet, anything....that is on you. Association is included. However, if it goes up next year, then we add that to the rent. Most of the time it goes up about $30 a year. It is being used as a small insurance broker office now, but they needed to leave quickly for a family emergency. We are open from 10-5 daily to show it to you. It is located in a great neighborhood with easy access to expressways. Has a balcony to get fresh air overlooking a protected forest area.

Le locataire du premier étage est une compagnie d'assurance. Il y a un foyer commun et une porte séparée pour chaque étage. Le loyer est de 1300$ par mois et l'unité est entièrement rénovée. Il est situé dans l'immeuble de bureaux appelé park place, dans un quartier sécuritaire et animé. La nouvelle rampe d'accès à l'autoroute, située à 1 mile dans la rue, peut vous emmener, vous ou vos clients, n'importe où à Miami de manière relativement simple et rapide. L'unité de bureau comprend l'eau et les cotisations d'association. Vous êtes responsable de la moitié de la facture FPL et de votre propre Internet.
