The building also has about 70,000 SF of mezzanine space rated for warehousing with concrete floors and freight elevators. The mezz space is not included in the overall size of the building.
The building has heavy power with current power infrastructure in the building supporting up to 18,000 Amps. The power supply to the building needs to be coordinated with Entergy, but this building was supplied with a very high amount of power in its past.
