Our established hair restoration clinic is looking for a tenant from a similar field such as a plastic surgery, medical spa, or dermatology, but we are very much flexible on medical use of the space. We have two non-shared and non-furnished rooms available: Consultation Room/Office - This room is perfect for appointments with patients and/or administrative activities with a built in closet. Operating Room - This room is ready to be set up for procedures/medical appointments. Room comes included with a mounted television and sharps disposal. This room has shared access to the autoclave and sterilization room for used equipment and instruments Waiting Area: This room has shared access to couches and complimentary coffee/water for patients as they are waiting.
