Landlord provides electricity, heating, cooling, water (to the building and some units), janitorial service to building, parking, signage space, all building services, and professional property management by Panorama with online portal and 24x7 emergency escalation protocols. SQFT are our good faith estimates and have not been certified by any authority. The amount shown is the total rent paid by the tenant, there are no other regular charges. The base rate is escalated 5% each year. Security deposit is 2 months’ rent, and there is a $75 application/onboarding fee. Tenants improvements are possible and will add $30/month for each $1000 spent by landlord ($100/month for 1 year lease).

Frais de demande de 75$ que nous pouvons utiliser pour obtenir un rapport de crédit. Unités La superficie en pieds carrés est notre estimation de bonne foi basée sur les informations disponibles, mais elle n'a été certifiée par aucune autorité. Nous versons une commission de loyer fixe d'un mois aux courtiers agréés qui nous apportent de nouvelles références.
