The buildings may be acquired together or individually.
L3 Technologies has occupied the 1700 Science Place building since January 2010 and the 1615-1701 Science Place building since June 2015. L3 recently executed a five-year lease extension for the 1700 building and relinquished an early termination option on the 1615-1701 Science Place building indicating a strong commitment to the properties.
In addition to private offices and workstations, the 1700 building has a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF Room).
L3 Technologies merged with Harris Corporation in 2019 to form L3Harris Technologies, Inc. L3 is a top tier American defense contractor and aerospace technology provider.
