The tenant, WEN-ATLANTA, INC., a subsidiary of Meritage Hospitality Group, has vacated the premises but remains contractually obligated to pay rent through lease expiration on August 31, 2031. Meritage Hospitality Group is the largest Wendy’s franchisee in the United States, operating approximately 300+ Wendy’s restaurants across multiple states. The Meritage acquisition of WEN-ATLANTA materially strengthens the rent guarantee underpinning this dark-lease investment.
