Barnett Road in Medford, OR (the “Property”). The Property is leased to Community Care Partners, LLC, dba BestMed Urgent Care. New 2025 build-to-suit construction, the Property is operating under a highly passive 15-year NNN lease running through February 2040, followed by two, five-year option periods.
