Welcome to the dreamland campus situated a mile north of downtown Rutherfordton. What was once the heart of a thriving textile empire has been transformed into a family oriented destination with 1/3 of a mile of frontage on our 13 mile rails to trails.
The dreamland campus is anchored by Fly Boy Pizza and Fly Girl Brewing that have been in existence for five years. The brewhouse is available for private parties and has hosted well over 300 guests for weddings and class reunions.

We have recently consolidated the pizza operation out of the existing restaurant building that is for sale into our new kitchen in the brewhouse. The existing restaurant building that is for sale comes turnkey with a walk-in cooler and freezer, ice maker, two 60 quart mixers, tables and chairs and a full bar setup that is also decorated in an aviation centric motif.
