The metal balcony has been one of the best viewing locations for Marysville's Bok Kai Parade and Bomb Day festivities for more than 100 years. For the last eight years, the building has been a production center for a State-licensed, FDA-compliant craft food business. The downstairs housed a small showroom with a local retail presence doubling as an internet picking area, and in back were warehousing, milling & processing rooms, a ware-washing area, and an ADA compliant bathroom. The upstairs, designed as a 1200-sf studio living area, housed an executive office and workstations, a laundry area, full bathroom, and demonstration kitchen.
