Landlord anticipates having the necessary approvals (municipal, AHCA, etc.) for the prospective buyer to commence its construction of the interior improvements starting Q3 26’ and the prospective tenant likely being open for business in Q1/Q2 27'. The property owner has already received bids for the construction and can provide those upon prospective buyer’s request for budgetary purposes.
