The property offers an efficient, open-plan warehouse layout with 19-foot clear heights, making it well-suited for warehousing, distribution, agricultural processing, or light manufacturing operations. The entire property is equipped with robust infrastructure including heavy power (1,200 amp / 480V, 3-phase), city water, and onsite septic systems. Located just ten minutes (4.5 miles) from Exit 107, on Interstate 81, it gives prime access to major markets on the East Coast. The I 81 corridor between I 78 and I 80 is home to large distribution centers such as Wal Mart, Wegmans, Lowes, General Mills, and Amazon. These centers of distribution are within one hour or less of our facility. There are two buildings attached by a 15 Ft wide by 40 Ft. long enclosed covered concrete passage with overhead and sliding doors. Doors can be closed or open to allow access between buildings. The buildings are suitable to be divided among multiple tenants and/or less than the entire space may be available for lease.
