I have an extra unique 3,115 square-foot warehouse available for lease in Northeast Minneapolis. This warehouse is located at 3147 California Street N.E.--just minutes from downtown Minneapolis, on the edge of the NE Minneapolis Arts District, and close to University Avenue and 694. There are three designated parking space and a few overflow parking spaces that are shared with other tenants, so parking is a bit limited. Street parking is not permitted on California Street N.E.; however, there is street parking available approximately one block away. There are two bathrooms and a kitchenette/breakroom that are shared with two other tenants and are professionally cleaned weekly. The space is $2,750 per month and includes: • utilities - gas, water, and electric usage • property tax fees • storm water fees • snow removal fees • no CAM charge The security deposit is $4,125, and we require a minimum of a one-year lease.
