Now open, the 400s! Our final hall is ready for renters. The 400 offices each have a high window, leaving wall space for furniture. These offices are small but mighty, and offer a quiet place, out of the place way to work that is still easily accessible from the street. There are two offices, which can be rented together or individually. All members of The Guild have access to shared amenities and the 400s have their own kitchen! Stop in for a tour M-T 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Office 222 is a sunny second floor corner office (150 square feet) with one window facing north and one facing east. We were thrilled to find and restore the original heart of pine floors in this part of the building, originally a house. The Guild is a coworking space with a variety of tenants. The second floor is currently made up of a couple of clients who work away in their offices, so there's not much traffic going up and down the stairs. There is a second floor bathroom. Membership at The Guild includes access to shares spaces like the outdoor courtyard, covered patio, kitchen and the copy/mailroom. You also get a couple free hours use of the conference room if you need a different space to meet with people. A Community Manager is on-site to greet your clients, make a latte and chat if you want company -- or leave you alone if you want to put your head down and grind! The ability to share overhead and space has already helped some of our members expand their businesses. This sunny, two-office suite has lots of windows on the south and west walls. The only suite with a private bathroom, this office is great for a small team. Strong Wifi, with the ability to plug in to a private network. This office is on the second floor, with only stair access. The neighbors are quiet, and the location close to downtown can't be beat! All members of The Guild have access to shared spaces -- lobby, kitchen, courtyard, portico and copy room. You can also reserve conference rooms, with a couple free hours included in your membership.
