Additionally, nearby retail anchors demonstrate strong economic fundamentals, with Walmart generating approximately 2.8 million annual visits and $148.1 million in annual sales and Lowe’s generating approximately 528,400 annual visits and $30.1 million in annual sales, reinforcing the strength of the surrounding trade area.
