Camp Alandale currently operates via a U.S. Department of Agriculture Forest Service Term Special Use Permit issued January 1, 2016, which expires on December 31, 2035. The permit does NOT provide for automatic renewal. Any transfer of title to the improvements covered by the permit shall result in termination of the permit. Therefore, in the instance of a sale of the camp, the party who acquires title to the improvements must submit an application for a new permit. The Forest Service is not obligated to issue a new permit to the party who acquires title to the improvements. Therefore, Buyers are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence with the U.S. Forest Service to determine whether a new permit can be obtained and under what conditions.

This is a camp/retreat facility that consists of onsite improvements located on approximately 12.19 acres of government-owned land in Angelus Oaks. The improvements include a lodge with a loft, two single-family residences (one which needs repairs before occupancy due to damage sustained from flood event in 2023, with some repairs already completed), a hall, a chapel, an infirmary, a shop, a storage structure, a refrigerator/freezer building, two restroom buildings (East Restrooms needs some repairs, West restrooms rehabbed in 2017/2018), 23 sleeping cabins, 13 storage sheds, a swimming pool (rehabbed in 2019), a basketball court, a variety of propane tanks, and a backup generator. The property operates as Camp Alandale, a children’s camp facility. The camp historically operated during the summer months (June–August) and winter months (January–March), with reported capacity for approximately 225 campers. Camp Alandale is now vacant and available for immediate occupancy as the owners of the camp have moved to another location. For the year built, ownership reports one of the buildings dates to 1989. It is unclear what the age is of each structure within the camp.
