The previously approved PUD agreement has since expired but is a beginning framework to work from. Site engineering plans available upon request. The PUD Agreement was permitted to be a private gated community with a mix of single-family residential units and townhouse/duplex units and permitted golf carts within the private community. Had a density of 3.09 units/acre. Lots were permitted to add their own private swimming pool. The PUD plans required for three active and passive recreation areas including a community clubhouse with a swimming pool. The included 4.74-acre commercial parcel is adjacent to the residential development is with the benefits of B-3 commercial zoning. Municipal water/sewer infrastructure is adjacent to the development.
