Previously, Kyle managed leasing operations for two luxury Upper West Side Manhattan apartment buildings totaling nearly 370 units and representing approximately $250 million in assets. In this role, he directed pricing strategy, negotiations, and marketing initiatives, including the implementation of innovative social media campaigns that contributed to maintaining vacancy rates below one percent. He also collaborated with architects on renovation projects to enhance asset value and increase building revenue.
  
Kyle began his real estate career in New York City, where he worked as a licensed real estate agent handling residential rentals and sales.
