The Fremaux Town Center is one of the largest shopping destinations along Louisiana’s I-10 corridor drawing customers from the eastern portion of the New Orleans trade area, eastern St. Tammany Parish, while also servicing many communities located within western Mississippi. Bosting a consistent occupancy of 96%+, multiple new phases of construction are currently in the planning stages. The 80-acre center is anchored by Dillard's, Kohls, Best Buy and Dick's Sporting Goods. Junior anchors include T.J.Maxx, Michaels and PetSmart. A few of the restaurants within the project include BJ's Brewhouse, Longhorn Steakhouse, Cheddars, Red Robin, Chipotle, and Panera Bread. This center is located at the intersection of I-10 and Fremaux Ave. in Slidell, Louisiana. On and off ramps are present in all directions. A frontage road also exists along with access on the west side of the property. New infrastructure surrounding the center has recently been constructed by the City of Slidell.
