Avant de se joindre au groupe Services de courtage de CBRE en 2008, Arkady a participé au très compétitif Wheel Program du cabinet, un programme de rotation de 18 mois conçu pour donner aux jeunes professionnels du courtage une assise bien équilibrée dans l'industrie de l'immobilier commercial. La carrière d'Arkady en immobilier commercial a débuté en 2005, en tant que stagiaire au sein du groupe des biens d'investissement de CBRE.
Arkady est un fier diplômé de l'Université Fairleigh Dickinson, où il a été membre pendant quatre ans de l'équipe masculine de tennis Varsity et a fondé le Finance Club, dont il a été président pendant plusieurs années. Arkady a récemment fondé et lancé un fonds annuel de bourses d'études à l'Université, où il a également été reconnu comme le palmarès des 50 anciens diplômés de moins de 50 ans dans le monde des affaires en 2015.
