Step back into the 1920s at Redland Event Venue! This eloquent venue has been renovated into not only an EVENT SPACE, but also 2 AIRBNB SUITES upstairs! The stylish suites feature a bedroom, private bathroom, and living area in each one! The event space features a prep kitchen, bathrooms, large theater space & stage, basement, and a storage area. The building itself is a living piece of Clinton's history! Originally opened in 1922 as Rialto Theater, it once featured silent movies, live theater, magicians, comedians, and then film with sound in 1927. It seated ~900 people! In 1950, the name changed to Redland Theater. Now, it operates as this exceptional event venue. With a grant in 2021, the fabulous neon marquee was restored to keep it beautifully preserved. The original stage inside still even has the pulley system, counter weights, and ladders once used for live shows! From silent films and live shows back then, to weddings and modern celebrations now, this stunning venue has nearly a century of stories to tell!
