NOTICE OF DISPOSITION OF COLLATERAL
Notice is hereby given that Lender will sell the Collateral to the highest qualified bidder at a public sale in accordance with the provisions of the Uniform Commercial Code as in effect in the State of New York. The sale will take place beginning at 4:00pm on February 11, 2026.

The Pledgor and other obligated parties may be liable for any indebtedness which shall remain after such sale to the extent permitted by applicable law and the Loan Documents.
