Sunray Terminal presents a rare opportunity to acquire a fully improved waterfront crude oil terminal and docking facility along the Intracoastal Waterway in the Corpus Christi market. The ±47.2-acre site includes approximately 22.5 acres of usable land, with the remaining area consisting primarily of wetlands that provide natural buffering and support environmental compliance.
The facility is equipped with extensive crude oil storage and handling infrastructure, including two large-capacity tanks totaling approximately 125,000 barrels, along with multiple smaller tanks, several equipped with LACT (Lease Automatic Custody Transfer) units for efficient metering and transfer operations. Additional improvements include a vapor control system, overspill containment measures and an active SPCC plan, supporting safe and compliant operations.
Waterfront features include approximately 985 feet of frontage on Redfish Bay, a concrete bulkhead, rip-rap shoreline stabilization and an existing dock/berthing area with pilings in place, enabling direct access to key Gulf Coast marine transportation routes. The secured, fenced site is accessible via two gravel roads from Sunray Road and includes a ±750 SF office building for on-site administrative support.
