Each building provides ample auto and trailer parking and clear heights ranging from 32 to 40 feet, accommodating a wide range of industrial and logistics users. This site was originally home to Manor Downs, a historic horse racing venue that opened in 1975 and hosted both quarter horse and thoroughbred racing. The track also gained some notoriety as a concert and cultural venue over the years. Live racing operations ceased in 2010 as interest in horse racing declined and economic pressures mounted. Following several years of dormancy, Dalfen Industrial acquired the site and began reimagining it as Manor Crossings Logistics Center, marking a new chapter for a site with deep local history.
