The two-flag structure lets ownership capture both sides of the demand curve: corporate transient and weekend leisure guests on the Express side, and long-length-of-stay project, relocation, and training demand on the Candlewood side — smoothing seasonality and driving blended RevPAR with a single staff, one GM, and one set of fixed costs. The hotel sits just east of the I-25/E. Arapahoe Road interchange in Greenwood Village, at the southern gateway to the Denver Tech Center — a corridor anchored by Fortune 500 employers, 40+ million square feet of office space, Fiddler’s Green Amphitheatre (1 mile), Park Meadows Mall (3 miles), and Centennial Airport (3 miles), with RTD light rail within walking distance at Arapahoe at Village Center Station.
