- Fee simple deed to the two developed properties, including all furnishings and linen stock.
- Transfer of our database of 400 past guests and transfer of the property management software license.
- Transfer of channel accounts linked to the property mgt software
- Transfer of the URL’s and Social Media Accounts for the properties
- Transfer of our Pricing algorithm account connected to the properties
- Assignment of our contract with our off-site communications manager who handles guest communications and coordination of contractor services
- Assignment of our contract with various contractors who perform valuable services, including cleaning, maintenance, and hot tub service providers.
