APERÇU DU PARC
Le Gateway Commerce Center, situé au 76, est situé sur 1 200 acres dans l'arrondissement de New Morgan. Ce projet de développement sera l'un des plus grands parcs industriels de catégorie A de la région et permettra de rétablir l'exploitation productive de l'ancienne mine Bethlehem Steel Grace. Cet emplacement stratégique offre un accès immédiat à la I-76 et à l'I-176 par l'échangeur de Morgantown et se trouve à seulement 15 milles au sud de la ville de Reading et à 30 milles de la banlieue ouest aisée de Philadelphie. Le plan conceptuel actuel comprend 9 bâtiments totalisant environ 5,5 millions de pieds carrés. La première phase du parc comprendra 4 bâtiments, chacun conçu comme des installations logistiques en vrac de catégorie A et totalisera un peu plus de 2,5 millions de Fs carrés.
