Worthing is a popular seaside town with a population of 105,000 people situated in between the city of Brighton (13 miles east) and the cathedral city of Chichester (18 miles west) on the south coast of England. Worthing is the largest town within West Sussex and benefits from its popular coastal strip location, comprehensive shopping facilities and a range of varied local amenities. Atrium House is located in the predominantly residential Field Place district, which is located approximately two miles west of the town centre. There are a number of established office occupiers within the locality whilst the building is adjacent to the new Bellway Homes housing scheme of 287 units entitled Elizabeth Square. The site is located within 100 yards of Durrington-On-Sea mainline railway station with services providing direct access to Chichester (40 minutes), Brighton (30 minutes) and London (90 minutes). Both the A24/A27 trunk roads and the A259 coastal roads are situated within a 10 minute drive of the offices which are also located just off a central and popular bus route.
