The farm is under a system of precision agriculture, making the corresponding amendments to obtain the highest yield of resources, every year the mineral balances are made for the culture that is being planted in Zafra and Zafrita. The soils are corrected for acidity, phosphorus, potassium and boron, trying to reach the optimum base saturation.the soils of the establishment refer to the Oxisol Order and the Kandiudox Group, typical of the Alto Paraná area.the Kandiudox Group is of a rhodic character, which means that it has a red argillic horizon. In a thickness of 75cm, located between 25 and 125cm deep. Its texture type is very fine clayey. The Rhodic Kandiudox covers a great extension of the northern sector of the Department of Alto Paraná and east of Canindeyú, distributed in a great extension that goes from the Monday River to the Carapá River, being found in a more continuous form in the basins of the Itambey and Limboy Rivers. The soils are used for seasonal agriculture and cattle ranching with pasture implanted on cleared land. As these are clay soils, and the clays are of low activity, the cation exchange capacity is less than 14mE/100g of soil and the sum of exchange bases is around 2mE/100g of soil; consequently, the base saturation is very low (less than 17%).
