These include Beachy Head, Towner Gallery and Devonshire Gardens, which host six Tennis Tournaments a year, including the popular pre Wimbledon Men’s and Women’s Tournament.
Eastbourne is situated approximately 70 miles south of London with good road links via the A22 and A23 to Brighton. In addition, there are direct train services to London Victoria and Gatwick Airport.
Mansion Hotel is a substantial, prominent seafront hotel, with accommodation arranged over six floors (including lower ground floor). The hotel has extensive public areas to facilitate the number of guests which the hotel can accommodate, comprising of a large restaurant and a ballroom/function area.
The hotel operated primarily as a coaching hotel and can accommodate up to 3 separate coaches at one time, however, it also caters to other pre-booked groups and individual bookings throughout the year.
Our client, who also owns Eastbourne Pier, Hastings Pier and one other Hotel, is now slowly withdrawing from the hospitality market to gradually retire.
